Second day of working out

Last night I did fifteen minutes of light cardio on the elliptical machine.  Just enough to get my heart rate up in the cardiovascular zone.  The rest of my workout was spent working out my legs and abs.  I know I am out of shape, but last night proved it to me.  Even today I am still tired from my work out.  It will only get better from here.
