‘Why am I so fat?’ Man loses 200 pounds in 10 months

Three months ago I decided to change my lifestyle.  I started eating right and working out three times a week.  Since then I have lost 20 pounds.  Here is another story where working out and eating right really works.  Imagine that?  You do not need a pill or to go on some crazy diet to lose weight.
