At the pool today.

I am sitting at the pool people watching today. All I can say is “What are you doing to eat healthy and stay in shape?” I lift weights every other day and do cardio every other day. I feel so much better then if I am just sitting around and doing nothing. I would love to hear from you.

I like strategy 5.  I started drinking decaf green tea in the morning to get over that I needed my coffee.  Yes I had caffeine withdraws

 but it was just having a hot drink that helped me get past having a cup of coffee.

Starting week six I am at 186.  Slowly but surely I will make it to 170.

TOP SECRET:How I am losing weight!!

Last week I weighed in at 187.  I have lost ten pound in fours weeks and I know have more energy.  So much energy that I am finding it hard to fall asleep at nights.  How am I doing this?  Exercise and a well balanced diet.  Here is my day:

5:30 am – Wake up and get ready for work

6:00 am – Breakfast, with 160z of water

9:00 am – Snack, with 160z of water

12:00 pm – Lunch, with 160z of water

3:00 pm – Protein shake

4:30 pm – Workout

6:30 pm – Dinner, with 160z of water

Weigh in Today

I am still at 190 starting week four of my new workout and eating routine.  I am not disappointed though.  Muscle always weighs more than fat and it is normal to gain a little weight or stay at a constant weight for a while for me.  I think in the next two to three weeks I will really start seeing the weight fall off.

170 is not that far away

Its been two weeks since I started and I have lost 6.5 lbs.  Now if this gut would just disappear. 🙂

I dropped two pounds my first week.  I am now at 194.5.  170 here I come.

Can’t wait to workout today

I don’t know why I stopped working out years ago. Maybe it was because of some personal stuff going on in my life. When i was younger Scott and I would workout every day after school in middle school. I was hooked.

I am glad I am back in the gym and can not wait to go tonight.
