Colorado Springs isn’t a place I go to often. Until recently, I think the last time I was there was around 6 or 7 years ago. But I heard so many great things about Trinity Brewing, I decided to make a trip down there. I had the day off so I figured I’d be a tourist in my own state for an afternoon, as Colorado Springs is good for that sort of thing. But I knew I’d need some fortification to start my adventures, so stop number one was Trinity.

Not surprisingly, I scanned the beer menu for an IPA–I chose Flo, their standard IPA. While it was also available as a cask, I chose the regular kind as I like my beers on the cooler side. Stop over thinking everything

What do you over think? Does this hold you back?

I am out hitting golf balls on my lunch break today. I start off by hooking the ball right like I always do. Then I decide to stop focussing on my swing and just started just hitting ball after ball. No longer thinking about each swing I started hitting the ball straight and further. I think I will stop thinking less about this silly game called golf.

REALLY!!!  This is news worthy?? 

In related news… Blake, my 11 year old, knows how to ride a Baja 650 quad with a clutch and now knows how to give it just enough gas to cause it to fish tale.  He thinks he is a bad ass.  I would agree as how many 11 years olds know how to ride a quad with a clutch and on a 650??

At the pool today.

I am sitting at the pool people watching today. All I can say is “What are you doing to eat healthy and stay in shape?” I lift weights every other day and do cardio every other day. I feel so much better then if I am just sitting around and doing nothing. I would love to hear from you.
