Already Sleeping Better

Just two days of eating right and I am already sleeping better.  Feels good to wake up rested.  Here is today’s menu.

  • Breakfast – egg beaters (I call them fake eggs)
  • Snack – Banana and cottage cheese
  • Lunch – Chicken sandwich and broccoli
  • Snack – Protein shake
  • Dinner – Chicken, baked potato, salad
  • Snack – Fruit

Need to loose 30lbs

I just turned 37 and I need to loose 30lbs. Starting Monday, I am going to go back on the Body for Life program as I have done it in the past and it works well for me. That means working out 6 days a week and eating 6 times a day. Two of my goals in the near future are to run in a 5k race and to hike Pikes Peak.
